Janna offers her clients over 25 years experience managing
and operating small businesses from start up ventures to 13 million in
revenue. Janna has held many Executive and Leadership positions in various
organizations and offers an abundance of Marketing, Operations and Sales experience
to her clients.
Prior to joining ActionCOACH in 2008, Janna served as the General Manager
for the AXIS business unit at Consona Corporation/ERP where she was successful
in the integration of the AXIS business unit into Consona corporate
environment including product support metrics, development, sales and
service operating models. She exceeded targeted financial goals by 50% two
consecutive years, and exceeded 40% in revenue growth. She reorganized
the organization to meet corporate operating environments of the new entity.
Janna was able to lead the business unit in acquisition of new business equal
to 3 times revenue of current operation.
Janna also served as the Director of Operations for AXIS Computer Systems
where she was responsible for administration, finance, marketing, information
technology, customer implementation and customer service for AXIS product
lines. Janna provided oversight on successful multi-year multi-million dollar
implementation of software solution. As a project manager, she introduced
new project management methodology for organization. She improved the
implementation process and reduced customer issues increasing customer
satisfaction. Janna managed customer user groups generating increased attendance
and customer satisfaction.
Janna is no stranger to success in marketing either. She has held the position
as Director of Marketing and is experienced in lead generation, advertising,
direct mail, telemarketing and marketing communication activities. She has
been successful in the launch of new products for specialized niche markets
and has been successful at increasing quality and quantity of lead flow over
40% resulting in revenue growth of 30%.
Janna served as the Vice President Operations/Acting Chief Financial Officer
for a Financial Software Products company where she facilitated stabilization
and growth that allowed them to better serve their customers and penetrate
new markets.
Janna enjoys providing her God given talents to her community and has
served as the Project Manager for her local church building program; sits on
the Board of Directors of By Design Ministries, the Colorado Springs Chamber
of Commerce, the Boy Scout Committee Chairman and is a Small Business
Development Center Counselor.
Janna was most recently awarded the ActionMAN award for taking the lead
within ActionCOACH to ensure her clients are benefiting from Social Media
by making sure she fully utilizes the tools and can then help her clients. This
is the same way she works with all her clients to ensure they think out of the
box, learn new ways to grow their business. Her vision is to make a difference
for business owners and to be used by God to impact lives.
